JoAnna Levenglick is an entrepreneur and longtime pet-industry innovator whose businesses have been built around
making life with dogs-and the people who love them-easier.
She is the founder of PetCab NYC, the dedicated pet transportation service she
launched in New York; creator of Doggie Loo, a disposable dog toilet; founder of Sorrento Canine Academy, a private canine training and board-and-train program; International Puppy Concierge; and the creator of New York Doggie.com, along with a growing list of dog-focused products, services and brands.

Your personal pet concierge for the things that need doing. From everydy care and transportation to appointmentsm special requests and trusted pet services, we're here to make life with your pet easier-thoughtfully, professionally and with a personal touch.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
1. DONE is a membership at $995/ year.
This membership gives you year-round priority concierge access,
preffered scheduling and preffered member rates.
2. Members pay $150/hour and non-members pay $175/hour. One hour minimum. Fees are pro-rated in 15 minute increments. Third-party costs and transportation are additional.
3. COMPLEX & SPECIAL REQUESTS CUSTOM PRICING
International travel , veterinary and customscoordination, extensive research, special events and other complex assignments are indiividually quoted.
Every request is different. You will always receive or approve DONE.PET's applicable fee before we proceed. Completed concierge work is non-refundble.
